Shoppers & Volunteer Testimonies

The world these days seems filled with negativity. On social media we slander others and believe (often times) every bit of useless information posted. Politics in this country has become a catalyst for strife on a level that reminds me of the 1960s. So what does this have to do with WeSoThey? Volunteering for an organization made up of individuals that are focused on the welfare of others is invigorating and reminds me of the good in people.  Needless to say, working for the benefit of children in Mexico and Africa is its own reward. When I see the enormous amount of items donated for the WeSoThey garage sales, I'm overwhelmed. We have so much in this country and to think our "leftovers" can provide food, clothing and shelter for those who have nothing is humbling. Many things can restore a tired soul, but serving for others is the best remedy.
